An opportunity to dive into the first 3 stages of human consciousness and connect them to your body. We all spend time where we feel disconnected or struggle to be with what it. We react when we wish we had responded. We feel frustrated with ourselves but don't feel resourced to change. You'll explore this and more in this simple yet powerful workshop. And you'll be able to access the replay until the end of 2021.

What will you learn?

This will be an opportunity for anyone wanting to become more involved in their healing journey to learn how to connect to their body and relate the first 3 stages of consciousness to their body. 

And because it's a Live workshop, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and learn from others. We often need to know we are not the only ones feeling this way, this workshop is a perfect opportunity to connect to self in a safe, held space and to learn how you can find resources you didn't even know you had. 

We all spend time in the early stages, even if we don't like to believe we do. I personally believe that the magic of connection to our body through these stages can be life changing and very empowering. 

Stage 1: Disconnection and Suffering

Suffering is the bi-product of disconnection. When we are unable to connect to our body, we miss subtle messages, we only listen to the loud cries of pain that our body will send us if we regularly ignore it. 

In Stage 1 we learn how to connect to our body, and how to use this connection to increase our resourcefullness and promote peace and ease. It's simple yet very powerful. 

Stage 2: Polarity

When we come into interaction with others or circumstances that make us uncomfortable or emotional, stage 2 is in play. In stage 2 we are connecting to different parts of ourselves at the same time, and we have parts we like and parts we want to avoid and disconnect from. Yet part of the healing journey is to accept everything about ourself. 

When you are emotionally triggered - think stage 2. When you have to be right - stage 2. When you want to blame others or circumstances - stage 2. When you can't own something about yourself - stage 2. 

As you integrate this stage, things that trigger you will no longer have a hold on you. You'll be more in emotional flow and will be able to respond rather than react. 

Stage 3: Stuck in a Perspective / Pattern

Are there areas in your life where you are inflexible or rigid? Or maybe you feel like you've done everything but are still not making the progress you think you should be. Should is the important word. We define how things should be, how people should be, what the results should be, and we may still have a tendency to blame others or circumstance (stage 2). In stage 3 we connect to the part of us that is holding us in a limited perspective and can't move forwards. It's short, sweet and sometimes a messy experience, but it opens the door for transformation and starts the process of truly owning that we create our reality and we are responsible for our results.
